Partially BLOCKED has 19 tracks, 52 minutes of dark audiovisual mashups built from 1970s vinyl, Piano Clavinova, Vestax PDX 2000 DJ turntable and an involuntary inner sonic life.
As heard on Resonance FM over 12 tracks since 2025
On Partially Blocked, a recognisable melody surfaces in a rhythm it was never supposed to inhabit. The shock of recognition is the same; the medium has changed.
The album's title arrived via YouTube's automated copyright declaration system, which flags uploaded audio containing recognisable source material and returns a single bureaucratic verdict: partially blocked. Not removed. Not cleared and suspended in a state of incomplete transmission.

The unconscious ear finishes the work the conscious mind begins.
Removed by Uploader finds what they are hiding about power — who gets away with things, who performs warmth while concealing something else, whose cultural identity is a construction over something uncomfortable. The dub echo FX strip the performances back. The removed vocals leave the structure exposed. What you hear underneath is what was always there.

The unconscious ear finishes the work the conscious mind begins.
Ten tracks about relationship failures, performed with borrowed voices. The sources came from friends — suggestions fed in, then twisted, the identifiable parts removed. Famous choruses excised. What remains are the structures underneath the hooks: the anxiety patterns, the rhythmic architecture of desire and control, the parts of familiar songs that were never about the title.
The closing track, ‘A Personal Spell on You’, is the declaration the album has been building toward. After nine tracks of understanding the structures of desire, fooling, obsession, poison, haunting, spiralling, satanic charm and performative princery, the final act is the casting of a spell. It is not an ending so much as a shift: the observer becoming the agent, the diagnosed becoming the diagnostician, the person who was acted upon declaring what she always had.
The knowledge comes after. It always does.
